A few words about deposit.

We want to make sure that you feel safe and confident when it comes to your deposit. We require it as a security against any damages or unpaid rent, but we handle this process with transparency and care. All deposits are paid to our company account and then transferred to the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) account. This means that your deposit is kept safe and separate from our company funds. In case of any disputes, DPS acts as an impartial arbitrator to resolve the issue, ensuring that your deposit is returned to you fairly

Can I change the room decor?

Decorating the property is not allowed without prior arrangement with the building owner. There are still plenty of ways to make your room feel cosy and personal. Adding some soft lighting, such as a desk lamp or fairy lights, can create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Hanging up photos or posters can also make your room feel more like your own space. You can also add some decorative pillows, throws, or a rug to add some colour and texture to your room. Just be sure to avoid damaging the walls or other property in the process. Who covers the cost of repairs?

If anything needs repairing in your rental property, we will arrange for professionals to take care of it promptly and efficiently. This includes anything from leaky taps to major repairs. We want you to feel comfortable and safe and we believe that taking care of repairs is an important part of that. You can rest assured that all of them will be taken care of by our team, so you can focus on enjoying your student experience.
